After taking the workshop last weekend at lululemon, I realized that I can make Friday class more challenging.
We already have been working on the basics for 3 months. So last Friday, we took more time for the sun salutation than before.
Very good work ladies:) We will add some more, week by week. Let's do some shape-up movements before spring.

We had snow
last Thursday night.
I saw lots of tweets about snow on the timeline. Especially my international friends who came from southern countries where have no snow, were so excited about this experience.
That made me happy:)
先日はめずらしく雪でした。
ノースカロライナは平和な土地なので、雪が降るとなると大騒ぎになります。
その日も日本に比べると大した事のない雪でしたが、前日の会社や学校は早めに終了し、翌朝の学校は2時間遅れでスタートw ハメハメハの世界です
台湾や南米出身のメンバーが、雪を見て感動Tweetをしていました。
毎年見ていても見惚れちゃう銀世界
ノースカロライナ滞在中に人生初体験した友人は子供みたいに夫婦ではしゃいで外に飛び出したそうですよ
