The very first class of 2013
It's time for excercise after the holidays.
And let's start 2013 with good breathing
We started from very light movments and developed them to challanging ones.
I was very proud of the ladies when I found everyone moving by themselves, only with my word instruction.
Although I found stiff bodies here and there, I'm sure that you will get the flexibility and the strength again very soon. Let's just keep on doing it (°∀°)b
Please take your time for stretching after your bath time, if you feel sore.
After the class, we had Matcha
The traditional Japanese green tea espresso.
In Japan, we have the tea ceremony. The tea ceremony took a simple, everyday activity （tea drinking） and elevated it to the level of an art embodying the beauty of form.
I apologize that I can't show you the real ceremony by myself. But I hope you enjoyed the taste of Maccha,in the casual way.
BTW, I so missed these ladies during the holidays!!!
