In the class, we began from making image of the body placement and the pelvic floor.
And did the very beginning of sun salutation, again and again.
We enjoyed breathing and at the end of the class, we even fell into the flow of the movement.
You ladies were great today
After the class.
We had a chat about the differences between communications and feelings of each country.
I got peace of mind when I found the same feelings:)

エラにアイスランドはビョークが産まれた国だよね！って言ったら、3年前にスーパーで普通に会ったって言っていました(イイナ）。
アイスランドは小さな小さな島国。裕福な家庭、貧しい家庭を問わず、ご近所さんなんですって。
母国語を話すテレビ番組は2局しかなく、翻訳本は高いからみんな英語の本を読むのだそうです。それはコロンビアも同じだって。日本は翻訳家があふれているし、本も映像も簡単に日本語で楽しめるものね～。
翻訳をすることのいろんな意味あいを考えちゃいました。
そんなことを話している私たちのことを、300年前の人は想像できたかしら。
あと300年後は、火星人と金星人と地球人で、どんな気体を吸って生きているの？みたいな会話が展開されるようになるのかな。。。
