My boy's favorite
He will be 5 years old this month.
The way he smiles, talks, runs and sleeps, are all miracle and mystery for me.
So so precious one
Today after the taiko class, I did my work out alone. And realized a lot in my body.
The lecture yesterday taught me so important things.
I can feel the correct standing position today. And now I see how I had kept stressing my knee, by wrong posture.
I want to feel this great position every single day from now on.
I wish I can also make miracle and mystery here in my body
have a good dream
