Doing Yoga exercise and massage my feet, first in the morning makes me feel good◎

I had Taiko-bics class yesterday, it helped me a lot.
The member's smiling faces, is the good medicine for me.

Then, I went to the Meiji jingu.
During the exorcism I was crying all the time.

After having dinner out with my family, I feel much better.
When I see my son, I can smile from my heart.

OK now. I have to stop crying. And just do the best for what I can do right now.
