Day 11, Halfway through!!!
I have marked my halfway point but still more than
10 days to go... I am losing interest in what I eat
every day now and can not even remember what
I had for my breakfast. The menu is looping and
the same stuff comes back again a few times.
ようやく半分の期間が過ぎました。でも、あと10日。。。
もう食べ物にも興味が湧かなくなりました。同じものの
繰り返しで朝何食べたかも覚えていません。
I can see that a lot of redevelopment is still going on
in the neighborhood. It seems that they are developing
a big land lot near Liang Seah St. and also demolishing
Shaw tower. Shaw tower is built in 1975 and it is one
of the tallest buildings then. I remember that there was
a beer festival at that open land near Liang Seah St.
未だに再開発が続くシンガポール。Bugisにあった緑地も
開発されています。以前ビアフェスをやっていたところです。
1975年に完成したShaw Towerも解体されています。
うちのオフィスが入っているビルは1969年築なので、そろそろ
解体かな。

Our building has 73 stories and Swissotel the Stamford
is the 14th highest hotel in the world. It is 274 meters high
and way higher than the highest point in Singapore
which is Bukit Timah, 164 meters high.
今いるビルは73階建てで、このホテルは高さでは世界で14番目
らしいです（物理的な高さで値段ではない）。
およそ274メートルで自分は66階にいます。シンガポールの
最高地点が164メートルなので明らかにこっちが高い。
The green square in Fort Canning Park. I went to
a few concerts held there, Mr. Big and Snow Patrol.
