I just want to practice my English, and I don't want to publish this thing to everyone, so I writed the article in English... But it's simple to understand if you want to read, I promise.
I have to say, I'm really worry about my job.
This Monday, I have a lunch date with my chief manager. At that time, he told me one thing like I guess, he resigned the job, and stayed in the company until Friday.
The job of my chief manager is MIS - Management Information System. I think this job is necessary in any B2B and ICT(Internet Communication Technology) news web company, but I guess our boss is not think like this. Anyway, nobody to replace the job except workers of hosting service company.
I have some broblems after my chief manager left. Who will send newspaper and EDM for our customers? Who can manage the data base and let other people do their like past? Who can maintain the computers in company? The workers of hosting service company are not do all of these works like my chief manager, they are not work in this company!
It's almost one year after I stay in this company. I have studyed many experiences of many things, like how to make EDMs and ADs better and faster, practice English in ICT exhibitions, and many other things... I have to say, too many staffs left here after I'm in office. Let me think... 3 AEs, 2 MISs, 1 editor... just one year! Um... it's not a good phenomenon in any company.
Even though I like my job, I still want to seek better chance and salary. So...?

我在這公司任職將近一年，也從很多事情中學到了經驗，像是更快速地製作電子傳單和廣告、在ICT大展時練習到英文，還有其他很多事情……我得說，離開這公司的人不在少數……三個業務、兩個資料庫管理者、一個編輯……只是一年的時間而已！嗯……這對任何公司而言，都不是什麼好現象的。
即使我再怎麼喜歡我的工作，仍想追求更好的職位和薪資，所以……？
