There are two areas, External Area and Internal Area at Tsukiji Fish Market.
Each area has attractive point, but if you are Tsukiji Fish Market Freak, I recommend that you visit to Internal Area.
At Internal Area, of course you can see fresh fish immediately after landing and feel the Tsukiji's atmosphere of the condition of being vigorous.
If you were lucky you could see the cutting situation of fresh fish!
I think the area is a kind of entertainment area, because you can find the unique situation of Tsukiji that you couldn't feel at big metropolitan Tokyo
You can enter the area from 9:00am except Wednesday and Sunday.
