lately weather hasn't been good and my babies have been stuck home.
maybe they thought i was going to take them out over the wkend and it didn't happen, therefore as a revenge, they decided to give me a hard time when I get them to rest in their cage at night...
usually when i give them a treat to go back into the cage, they know it's time to sleep and won't bark anymore. On Sun night, I put them back at around 1245 midnight, just before I go to bed myself.. yet my boy started barking when i close the door to their room. I hope he would become silent after a few bark yet it got even more intensive. I thought it might be that one of his toy is outside his cage or something. So i went back in and gave it back to him.. yet it didn't work out.. and they both barked at me.. i failed completely. then my bf took over and tried to negotiate with them for about 10-15 min but failed as well. We had to let them out as we really don't want any complaints. To make things even worse, my boy peed a little bit on the sofa and the cooling mat. GOSH! it's so stressful.
I decided to sleep on sofa with them, yet my bf didn't let me as he said that I have to work next day and he can just take a day off the following day. So I went back to sleep and he was out to monitor them. All of them didn't sleep much over the night and my bf caught a cold.. sigh.. i feel so sorry for having him stay up throught the night....wish he feels better soon.
after the horrible night, i get them to rest earlier so just in case they bark.. still have some time to let them bark all they want until they give up. lucky these 2 days gone smooth...
