収納庫にサビサビの中華鍋を発見しました。
奥さんが昔、料理教室に通ってた時のもので、使わなくなってから約20年ぐらい経っているようです。
これをキャンプに持っていったらおもしろそうだなぁ〜
ということで、今日はこれの復活作業を行いました
Step1 焼き切り
まずは火にかけて、焦げや汚れを炭化させます。
Step2 水洗い
水で洗い流します。(洗剤は厳禁
)
Step3 洗浄
クレンザーでゴシゴシと擦り、汚れを落とします。

なんか面倒くさくなってきたなぁ〜
ほんとは紙やすりで擦るらしいんだけど、もういいや〜
火にかけて水気を飛ばした後、油をひいて野菜を炒める。
油を塗布してできあがり
なんか一番大事なとこすっ飛ばしたけど、キレイになったから良しとしよう👍
今度試しにチャーハンでも作ってみよーっと
【I want to bring the wok with my camping.】
I found the rusted wok in our warehouse.
My wife was using it on cooking lesson before.
It's before about 20 years from she quitted to use it.
It would be fun,if I bring that with my camping.
So I'll revaibal it today,I think.
Step 1-Burn out
At first,I'll put it on the fire it,and burn out charred part and dirt.
Step2-Wash with water
I wash with water. "Don't use the detergent."
Step3-Washing
I remove dirt with the cleanser.

I'm getting tired of it.
I need to rub it with the sandpaper,but I quit that.
putting it on the fire,evaporated water.
And putting in oil,stir-fry some vegetable.
Apply oil and it done
I skipped the most important work,but I finished,because it became be clean.
I think I try to cook fried rice spending that next time.
