８年前、ジャズ・アンサンブルの作編曲の勉強を始め、
四苦八苦してした頃。
プロの演奏者が演奏できるように
総スコアを仕上げてパート譜を作り
４ヶ月に一度の録音日に間に合わせるのに
精一杯でした。
「これはバストロの美味しいフレーズだから」
と楽譜破かれ瞬時に隣のパート譜に
ワープしたりびっくりドキドキ、
プロのプレーヤーからも
教わる時間でもありました。
Soloアドリブは
プロにお任せすれば
素晴らしい演奏をしていただけるのですが、
その頃Soliにはまって
いろいろ考えるようになりました。
そしてそれがジャズというジャンルを超えてに
Contemporary Classicになることを知り
チャレンジをしていた頃できた作品です。
そう！たった１分曲です。
１分といっても四本を動かすのは
ジグソーパズルのようでもあり、楽しくもあり苦しくもあり。
この曲もどこかでお披露目できるといいな。

Eight years ago, when I started studying jazz ensemble composition and arrangement, I was having a hard time.
It took me four months to compose and arrange the score,
and it was hard to finish the total score
and make the parts in time for the recording.
"This is a delicious Bastro phrase,"
the sheet music was torn up
and the part immediately warped to the next BTb part.
Solo ad-libs can be performed wonderfully
if you leave it to a professional, but around that time
I became addicted to Soli
and began to take on various challenges.
And it is a work that I was able to do
when I knew that it would go beyond
the genre of jazz and become a contemporary classic.
Yes! It's just a one minute work.
It's like a jigsaw puzzle to move the four sticks
even if it's one minute, and it's both fun and painful.
I hope I can show this song somewhere.
