テニスラケットのガット張りに、WISE2086 電動テンションヘッドを使用しています。
分銅式や、機械式のガットを引っ張るところを、電動に置き換える機械です。
ある日突然エラーコードE15,E19がディスプレイに表示されて。電源を入れても動作しなくなりました。
無事修理出来たので、ブログに書いてみました。
最初に、Raquet DEPO UKがスペアパーツを販売されていたので、問い合わせをしてみました。
There are two possibilities on an error 15 / error 19:
1. You are plugging the power cord into the Wise 2086 when the power switch is ON. Turn the power switch OFF, plug the power cable in, then turn the power switch ON.
該当しませんでした。
2. If the issue persists, the gear head may have cracked. Please see attached. A replacement can be found here: https://www.racquetdepot.co.uk/wise-2086-motor-gear-head/ - once you receive the part, it can be easily changed by following the first 90 seconds only of the following video to remove the back cover: https://youtu.be/MZ4idagER-4 - once this is done, to the far left of the motor are screws holding the motor in place. Once these motor screws are loosened, you will be able to replace the motor gear head which will solve the issue.
分解して、ギアが割れていることがわかりました。
3. If the issue still persists, a replacement circuit board is recommended. サーキットボードは、右端にバージョンが記載してあり、V14でした。（すごく小さな文字で）
最初ギアの交換方法がわからず、サーキットボードを先に交換しましたが、エラーは解消されませんでした。
よく見ると、ここにクラックが入っていました。
分解するとギアが割れていました。
新しいギアを取り付けようとしましたが、ギアが壊れた際に、モーター軸に傷がついて、太くなったようで、全然ギアが入りません💦
傷ついた軸をサンドペーパーで磨いて、補修できました。
サーキットボードの交換ですが、コネクターが何か所も接続されていて、フラットなコネクターは、表裏どちらでも入ってしまいます。
写真を撮っておいて、表裏を間違えないように復旧する必要があります。
フラットなケーブルは、すべて真っすぐに引抜くだけでした。（最初はわからず調べました）
赤黒の電源に関するケーブルは、爪が引っかかっているので、爪を押して抜くと外れます。
無事修理出来て、これからまたいっぱい張って行きます😆
