Also found raw seaweeds in season at the grocery store last night. Was so good with wasabi and soy sauce that my hubby really liked, too. They turned their color from dark brown to vivid green instantly in the boiled water. Yeah it’s exactly “vivid color” because they are so fresh !!!

あと昨夜スーパーで新物生ワカメ見つけた♪ワサビ醤油でとても美味しく頂きました。うちの人も凄く気に入ってた。沸騰したお湯に入れると瞬時に焦茶から鮮やかな緑へ変身
