(b^-゜) Okay people, if anyone has bothered to open the file for the e-practical, you would have noticed that the teacher has ever so intelligently created a sound recording for the procedure part without subtitles. To prevent such an ordeal to happen to every single one of us having to listen to his damned sexy voice over and over again, I have already taken down word for word of what he has said in the flash animation.

So people, here are the procedures, raw with totally no edited grammar on my part:

1. Wearing gloves, dice the medium size onion into cubes no larger than 3mm. The gloves prevent DNA enzymes on your hands from cutting the DNA into the small fragments so that it will not spool.

2. Weigh out 2.0g of diced onion, transfer all of the weighed material to a 250mL beaker.

3. Add 30mL of homogenising medium to the diced onion and incubate the beaker in 60C waterbath for 15 mins.

4. Quickly cool your preperation to 15-20C in an ice bath. This step should be accomplished in about 6 mins and prevents the denaturation of DNA.

5. Homogenise for 45 secs at low speed, followed by 30 secs at high speed.

6. Transfer 1.5mL of the homogenised mix to a 2mL tube and cetrifuge at 500 rounds/min for 5 minutes to seperate the cell debris from the homogenate.

7. Transfer the homogenate into a 10mL test tube.

8. Measure out 8mL of ice cold ethanol into a cold graduated cylinder, slowly add the ethanol down the side of the test tube until the white stringy DNA precipitate appears.

9. Spool out or wind out the stringy DNA onto a glass rod by rotating the rod in one direction only in the beaker of DNA; Continue to rotate the rod as you move it in large circles through the beaker.

10. If the DNA is intact, you should have a fluffy stringy mask spooled on one end of the glass rod.

Hey, I have not updated for quite a while eh? Haha.

Life has been pretty crazy recently. Projects, reports and my fandom, yeah, tired. Haha.

I was watching dante speed on cable today, but I only watched from the middle part. Wow, the show was pretty exciting, larva flowing, the force of the ash clouds so strong that it just blew everything on the way, the acidic river which corroded the person's legs. Sensational, I would say. It somewhat tells us not be so stubborn at times. Besides, it really brought back memories when I studied plate techtonics. （;´▽｀A``

Presentation is on Thursday, and I the very not hardworking leader, decided to make everyone draw lots, so I got it and Melissa too. Haha. Oh gosh, now I have to slog with the powerpoint, which I already am. Haha.

Oh yeah, the picture is the mango sundae I had at Azabu Sabo. Haha. Went last Saturday when I went to collect the magazines and accompay momo to do her shopping. Of course the highlight of that day wasn't this, it was the blackmail. Yup, Yas-chan, relax, I don't even need to post your scandalous picture here, I have the dude who is the ultimate combination of Mediacorp and Starhub Cable TV.

Hahaha.

Hey, now that we have reached November, I realise that many people's birthdays fall during this month too! Haha, I am going to be so poor....

Well, today is Vanessa's birthday and Benedine gave her cookies and a hippo-bear? Hahaha. Ah, Vanessa, you should stop being so cautious against Benedine, because other than her being random and a bit mad, she is a great person. Haha.

Then we had Xin Hui's celebration yesterday.. Haha, and she is carrying the beach bag we gave her today~~~ Haha. I remembered the promoter's expression when we went to Seiyu the other day...

Just read the latest chapter of Ten Days. Ah darn it, each chapter is so sad. I wonder what is going to happen to those two ill fated people. (w＿－； Now reading Catalyst to be happy.

Well, I recently got the female version of Harvest Moon GBA ROM. Haha, so I decided to give up the previous one and start on a new one. Haha.

Hmrm, not much changes in the names, but I played better than before because I now have gained back the techniques I used to play this game before, so I managed to get a chicken by day 5, but I think I am still very slow in terms of game progress. So because I am playing the female version, I have to chase pants. So I decided on the doctor's, but I think Gray from the blacksmith is not bad too. See the last picture, the doctor is so cute when I give him his favourite herbs.

Haha, yeah so that will be about all. I have yet to touch my tutorials, very dead. Hahaha.
