前半アタックのゆるい版！
後半ほぼCX（チューブを使ってショルダー＆下半身トレーニング）！
じわっと汗が出てきます
軽いトレーニングで時間つなぎにいいネ

もちろん新曲BC67！
４５分クラスは５，６曲目がないのでつまらない
でも新大阪のこのクラスのコンバットはいいネ
声出しして気合入れ

GRIT PLYOみたいでハード
（楽に感じたのは、既にステップ台は１段でした
もちろんGRITではステップ台は２段だよ ）いいトレーニングでした

アジリティは小走りランニング多過ぎ（苦笑）
