ボディジャム60は
もちろん新曲（BJ73）５回目！５人目のイントラさん

リカバリーの曲ですが、楽しいネ
だんだん飽いてきたかな？
次回はどうやらBONUS TRACKみたい！
残念ながら来週は参加できない

続いてボディコンバット60
新曲（BC64）多分３回目！
このクラスも久しぶりですが、空いてていいネ
ジャムの後、着替える（シューズチェンジ！）ため更衣室へ！
戻ってきて、前から２列目をキープ
ただいつもの声出しメンバーはいません！
一人で声出しして気合入れ（苦笑）

９日木曜日はコナミ新大阪にてボディジャム45＆ボディアタック30＆RUN練習
ジャム45は
もちろん新曲（BJ73）６回目で６人目のイントラさん
多分６人目で終了です！他店舗へ行くのが面倒なので！
多分コナミ新大阪のジャムクラスのレベルが一番低い（笑）
ジャムを始めるなら、コナミ新大阪へ
イントラさん２人も若いです
BONUS TRACKとMASH ITやりたいですが、
新大阪は多分まだ先！８月にならないとダメでしょう
ジャムは新曲（BJ73）飽いてきたのでぼちぼちやります！
続いてボディアタック30
激減した参加者（６人）から少し回復して１４人でした
まあコレだけいれば大丈夫
やっぱり４曲目プライオメトリックは中途半端！
スクワット＆バーピー＆脚を開いてジャンプ！
スクワット＆バーピー＆タックジャンプやりたいよ（苦笑）

デコイターン→手を抜くとシザースになります（笑）

もちろん手拍子する前、手で床を強く推して上半身を高くするのがコツ
アタック30は凝縮された内容でいいネ
続いてRUN練習⑩回目！
アタック30が２１：２０に終了して
着替えてホワイトボードに２１：３５～２２：２５と記載！
（正確には２１：３０ぐらいでしたが！）
５分：時速４km（ウォーミングアップ）
３０分：時速９km（持久走）
１０分：時速１２km（RUN練習)
５分：クールダウン
走行距離７．２９km
２２時過ぎたら走っている人が減って寂しい（笑）
（スタジオのコンバット30が２２：０５に終わり、ガラガラに！）
ウーーン！
去年のブログをたまたま見たら、
持久走の後、時速１３kmで６分３０秒走っています！
あと２回頑張るか（苦笑）
