平日の１８時からのボディアタック30High Energy Cardio
さすがに女性ばっかり男は私を含め２人！
そこそこの参加者！
コナミ北浜で会う元気なおねえさんもいて頑張っちゃった

で問題の４曲目（プライオメトリックは

サイドステップ右へ＆ストレートジャンプ、サイドステップ左へ＆ストレートジャンプの連続
最初から声出しする人もいて、もちろんここで爆発
この曲かなりハードでありました
でアジリティで休憩してインターバルは
BA80-8 ｢Bridge Of Light｣
ニーアップ＆キックがないので少し物足りないのですが、
声出しして気合い入れ
（ボディアタック30High Energy Cardioは４曲目をやってからアジリティで
次がインターバル！間に１曲しかないので超ハード
これでアジリティがハードだったらどうなることやら（苦笑））
で最後に

トリプルランジ＆バックステップランジは普通ですが
スクワット×２＆ジャンプ、ここでのジャンプ
で最後のキメ
「スクワットの体勢から左右の肩を少しずつ上げて！」無事終了
ショートクラスですが、暴れてやりました

３０分クラスは3D WorkoutなんてやらずにHigh Energy になればいいのになあ（笑）
