Danaya 3.0 out of 5 stars Decent Product, Decent Customer Service... When I first ordered the product, the tracking number showed that it was delivered in Ontario. I live in BC. Obviously something went wrong... so I contacted the company and was given a new tracking number. Great! It finally made it here after almost a month. Not too terrible considering the original mix-up. However, I received the wrong colour... I ordered the Camel jacket and received what looks to be the Coffee colour. When I asked the company about doing an exchange, they simply said it would be too expensive and take too long to do the exchange, so they offered me a partial refund and said to keep the jacket. I understood, but this was not the item I had purchased. I do not want to order another of the correct colour from this company after this experience... so unfortunately, I am either stuck with this or have to purchase a similar jacket from a different company. As for the product itself, you can tell it is a more cheaply-made item, but it is very soft and warm, and fits only slightly smaller than I hoped. I ordered medium and am a true medium - it does have a relaxed fit, but I was expecting it to be more oversized! Guess I should've sized up like the other reviews said. The zipper is cheap and does not move up/down smoothly, but if you go slowly it seems to work fine. All in all, the product is alright but just be wary. Reviewed in Canada on January 20, 2021 |

Super soft, chocolate brown, zipper worked, and it was exactly as shown in the online picture. I gave the original one to my sister in law and reordered it for myself. What came in is a COMPLETELY different jacket. The colour was a reddish brown, the zipper didn't work and the size was at least two times smaller. It also has a lining on the inside that sounds and feels like plastic and the fabric isn't the same and is see through when held up. I was so beyond disappointed because I had also waited about two months for it to come in (which was expected but still annoying given the product that came in after the wait.) I’m 5’7, 245ish pounds, and about a DDD in the chest. I ordered a 3x, this fits like a 1x to me. I’d like a little more room in the body. If they had one size bigger I feel like this would be perfect for the plus size ladies wanting to achieve the oversized look too. But outside of the fit, my only other qualm is the zipper. It’s cheap and gets stuck easily. The material is the saving grace!!! Wearing it feels like you’re wrapped in the crown of god himself, so soft and warm! Ordered this jacket 2 sizes larger than the fit chart because I will be wearing heavier clothing under it and also because I wanted an oversized fit. The Camel color I ordered is just a medium tan color, not 'gold-ish' like you might expect. I am 5'2" tall so the coat fits me a little higher than car length. The bottom band is not snuggy elastic so it doesn't look pouffy at the bottom. I have somewhat short arms and had to cuff the sleeves once so I'd imagine that with longer, proportionate length arms this might be 'just right', and if your arms are a little longer, maybe bracelet length sleeves. This jacket is perfect for when my denim jacket is not warm enough, but my down jacket is a bit too much. A "Goldilocks Jacket", if you will. This is not lined, so sweater arms sort of stick inside, but that is to be expected; so too is the fact that you can't zip/unzip this jacket quickly as the fuzzy pile will block the zipper. The style is oversized, so I think it's an appropriate size for the style. The arm length was good too, so it just fit boxy in the body. It's very warm, even though it is unlined. It won't function as a coat, unless you're from California; I'm from Indiana, so I'd freeze to death. The first day I wore it to work I got compliments and people asked where I had purchased it from. Maybe I didn’t look at the pictures enough but I was expecting this to have a hood. The package came in a strange air-tight sealed package, which unsettled me a bit. On another note though, I had read that the product runs a bit small even so if you want it oversized, size up one. I ordered a medium and received what fits like an X-Small. The sleeves are too short and the jacket is too short, it fits like a blazer. I also dislike the color as it’s too dark. The zipper also seems cheap, and the pockets are very small. I do not recommend this product, I got something worse than what I paid for. If you want a jacket like this I would say go somewhere to a store in person because you can try on the sizes, evaluate the quality, and do more things to determine if the product is worth your money. Ella 1.0 out of 5 stars Dear god, do not waste your money here. This product looks nothing like the photo. It is an orange-brown and is way darker than the photo. The arms are extremely short and I ordered a size up because I wanted it to be oversized, it was still extremely small in the wrong places and large in the wrong places. On top of all of that, it looks incredibly cheap and feels cheap. The material has the same feel as a ripped nylon sock and it doesn’t even look remotely similar to shearling. The zipper is rough, bulky and consistently getting caught on the fabric. It is a poorly designed and cheap jacket. Do not buy this. It is terrible. I’m very disappointed. I feel as though my want for a cute jacket that is part of the new trends this season was taken advantage of and I payed thirty dollars for this piece of absolute garbage. If I could give this one star, I definitely would. Last but not least, the collar looks like a seventies statement collar and it is abnormally large and sticks up even after you fold it down. In LOVE As a broke college student, I wasn’t sure about purchasing an amazon jacket for $30... definitely did not expect to receive the same jacket as the photo. To my surprise, the jacket looked EXACTLY like the photo, and was super super soft. It’s pretty lightweight so it doesn’t have to be super cold for you to enjoy, but also keeps you warm in the cold (I live in FL for reference and have worn it every day since I received it at the end of fall when it’s still in the 80s in the afternoon) . It feels like one of those amazing plushy fleece blankets, I literally live in this thing. I’m 5’8, 160 lbs and I purchased the 3XL (I figured I’d rather it be too big than too small) and I probably could’ve gone with the 2XL for a more fitted look. I’m a bum though and was just looking for comfort but it’s still super stylish and one of my favorite staple pieces. I think I can fit in 2XL and could still look oversized. Lots of space for the belly area. Sleeves are alright for me. Some people said its too short but for me its not that bad. Honestly, I think $30 for the quality is too much. I would say $20 is the max for the quality. Zipper sucks. Pockets arent that deep for me because i have a note 9 and my phone still shows. Its good for small stuff though. Fabric is light (cheaper side) but it will keep you warm for sure. I would put this in the dryer. Just hang dry it. I was worried a little when I placed my order, because the photo looks like the zipper is flimsy and cheap, but since none of the reviews mentioned a bad zipper, I took my chances. When I received the jacket I took it out of the bag only to find several long brown human hairs on it along with a lot of bit of lint. Could this jacket be a return from another customer???? I didn't think Amazon would allow companies to sell used items and have them listed as "new." It was really disgusting opening the package to find it in such condition. The zipper is wavy and you can't zip it up smoothly. Even with two hands, you can't just zip it up. I ordered one in the camel and it has been so amazing that I just had to order another one in black. It's very warm, it's very nice because it is also fuzzy on the inside. Very nice large pockets. Zipper can be a little difficult, but it's not anything major. I get compliments on this jacket wherever I go and am honestly thinking about getting it in the green!! I wear a medium in tops, and a large in regular jackets and ordered an XL because I wanted it to be cute and oversized and it is perfect and is able to go over even my thickest sweaters. MeanAndPinchy 2.0 out of 5 stars Not for tall ladies I'm 5'10,140 lbs, and I'd be a medium were it not for my wide, bony shoulders and long arms, so I usually buy large. I got this in extra large, and it fits, though the sleeves are just barely long enough, but I don't love it. It's soft and fuzzy and I do very much like the green, but they should have chosen a different fabric for the zipper placket because the fuzzy fabric gets caught easily, and makes the area around the zipper look very bulky. The zipper itself is a brilliant, shiny silver, which really stands out, and looks cheap. The jacket is barely hip length on me, but that's the story of my life. I got this for 20 bucks in a lightning deal, so I'll keep it, but had I paid full price, I'd return it. I sew, and will probably replace the zipper with antique brass or nylon that blends in better; I don't think I'd wear it in public otherwise. Once I have the zipper out, I'll replace the fuzzy placket with something that won't get caught. I might even put side seam pockets in it; because the jacket is shorter on me, they're placed too high, and patch pockets look really stupid if not properly placed. Overall, it's okay for what I paid, but only because the fabric to make one myself would have cost at least that much. This is more of a sewing project than anything else. I ordered a size 3x because I like a loose fit (I’m somewhere in between 2X & 3X, depending on fit). The jacket is way to tight for me personally, if you like your tops snug, then this is perfect! I don’t, so I would suggest going up 1-2 sizes depending on how comfortable you like to be. The jacket is VERY soft and surprisingly super thick and warm!! The downfall is the zipper!! REALLY CHEAP & inoperable! I did notice that the jacket shedded while putting it on and off, but nothing severe. Am I going to buy another & give this one away? Most likely, yes! The fabric is nice and soft, fit is true to size (American sizing) but the ZIPPER is terrible! Cheap, silver metal, too small for garment, not smooth to operate and very sharp teeth making it difficult to open and close. Also, you need to hold the fuzzy fabric away from it while doing so, so it doesn't get caught in it. If you don't mind just setting the zipper and using this as a pullover it would be fine if you bought it oversized like I did. Also, note that there is NO elastic in the bottom hem or cuffs (as in other jackets this style) so it hangs more like a fuzzy housecoat than a stylish fashion item (because the sleeves can't be pushed up and the hem can't be bloused over.) I ordered one in blue and thought they sent black. Can only see vague hint of blue in strong light. It isn't well made kinda thick except appears thickish cause of the the faux shearling cut...which has a matted appearance even after a few min in low set dryer to fluff. No lining..would be ok if thicker! It IS soft thoughI would expect to see this in a dollar store for $5.00 tops. Expected something I could give as gift. Would be embarrassed. And the zipper definitely gets caught FREQUENTLY. Like you might as well not use it. I mean you get what you pay for, but this will definitely be an in-house loungey thing as opposed to out of the house lewk. —- Okay I’m back with an update. This coat grew on me. I wear it constantly. It’s so soft and warm and I can wear it in and out of the house. The color has kind of settled over time so it’s not as aggressively orange. The zipper is still not worth the time getting it up or down so I just wear it open (hence 4 stars and not 5). I even bought one for my future mother-in-law for Christmas and she loves it! I'm 5'4" 130 pounds and I ordered a Large that honestly fits like a blanket!! The sleeves are long enough to scrunch my hands up inside them, and the pockets are also teddy fur lined so your hands are also supa warm in there. The jacket goes down to cover the top of my thigh. I think some comments said stuff abt the zipper but I've honestly never zipped it up. This was perfect for LA winter, like an avg of 40 degrees F to like 60 degrees F. I can pair it with like a tank or crop top and still be warm and take off the puffy jacket while I'm indoors where there's AC. There's no inner liner, the inside is the same teddy fluff as the outside. I literally wore this like at least every other day for maybe 2 months and I noticed the back fur started matting up, but I'm not complaining as it's to be expected and honestly not terribly noticeable since I'm always wearing a backpack walking around campus/sitting with my back against chairs. The zipper doesn’t really slide well a but hoping that improves in time. I ordered 2: a Large for a little extra room and it fit like a small. I typically wear a small or medium top FYI. For the Large one: sleeves were WAY too short (think like petite sizing) and the body of the jacket was fine around but the length also was a bit short. I ordered my friend a XXXL as she likes oversized and it fit her like i ordered her a medium. I ended up keeping the XXXL one because it fit like how you’d imagine a large would fit- was going for a cozy comfy look vs a super fashion one. My 10-year-old granddaughter loves it. But I don't. It's cozy for sure but the material is lighter weight than I expected so it won't be warm enough for very long. We live where it usually snows by Halloween. I don't love the color, especially on my light Asian skin. Makes me look pale. And that zipper. Horrible! It's metal and it sticks so bad that it took me literally five minutes to get it unzipped to try on. I can't imagine fiddling with that zipper every time I go to put it on/take it off. However upon opening it and trying it on I realized that the zipper is completely unusable. It does not zip and it's actually missing several zipper tracks so even if the zipper did work, it won't be able to fully zip up. Returning it is to much of a hassle for me so in the end it's just unfortunate as I do think it's cute. I wish better luck to others who choose to buy this.
