here they are in order, i don't like raw oysters the thought of swalloing them makes me cringe, so they kindly changed it to scallops
each piece had its own flavour
the beef was so tender
melts in your mouth... beware of the hidden wasbi

since the dessert saw so small it didn't quite hit the spot so we shared the creme brulee with pomelo compote which is the pic below
very yummy, i would go back and try the a la carte menu next time
