Got sore arms from playing the boxing game on the Wii, to the point i have no strength to lift things up 
its so hard to get back into some form of physical exercise when summer is back.... 
Although i'm not a coffee drinker, i've always wanted to try campos coffee, everyone keeps telling me how good it is etc....
this is the verdict: yes its nice... and strong..... it's probably one of the causes why i wasn't able to sleep when i should have last night ( apart from the heat)
wanted to try and get some exercise yesterday, so walked to the opera house... they are getting ready for the oprah winfrey show... its like the biggest news in Sydney at the moment how she has taken her audience with her on a tour to Australia
travelling tomorrow.... i think i should remove my black nail colour off... i really like this polish from shu uemura... coverage is excellent and not too black coz of the tiny glitter
