love it when i have some free time to focus on self learning... making some vietnamese pho for dinner tonight....
although a simple looking clear soup at the end, cooking starts early!
making the soup stock base, boiling beef bones and meat:
the spices, a work friend gave me a bought sample to try, there is a stong scent of cinamon and star anise
popped the spices into the stock pot with the fried onions and garlic
let it simmer...................
