Last night caught up with Jenz (finally!!). Ate a degustation at the Observatory Hotel at the rocks... OMG was it surperb!! What also made it even a better dining experience was that the chefs was a friend we knew since uni times...
its rare that i hang out here at night... nice lighting... is it getting ready for oktober fest?

pre-dessert: mont blanc a la yomo- meringue, pear sorbet, grand marnier chocolate mousse, strawberries
desserts: choco fonadant, vanilla ice cream and the Galileo doughnut with peach custard filling
and Jenz had a grand marnier souffle with dark chocolate ice cream and passionfruit syrup
"petit fours".. there was more than 4.. lucky us =)
not to mention the macaroons we had as well.....
everything was perfect.... i would so go back again and try their next season degustation....
we were 2 happy gals after the end of the meal for sure ('-^*)/
