Plane food tonight was beef masala with rice pilaf + beans and pumpkin....
and the bubbly offered tonight.. i like how the bottles are small and cute...another produce from Adelaide... took it home with me.. i wanna use it for my cooking.. yeah its a waste coz i'm not drinking it...
me now.. and ate the lamingtons... they were all thawed out and ready to eat.. perfect timing...
They are so yummy.. soft and moist in the centre and the chocolate coating wasn't too sweet. Apparently they won first prize.. made in Adelaide!
By the way, lamingtons are Aussie cakes!
