Dinner was superb... had "blackened steak of ocean trout on a tomato and herb risotto, served with fresh lime, steamed baby corn and crispy basil leaves"and since i'm staying here got a free glass of bubby- sauvignon blanc,
I usually prefer red wine, but since they were offering shiraz as their free wine, i'll give it a miss.. not a fan of shiraz.
