Talk about a drama marathon.. finished watching the drama... watched 6 chapters today...
does bullying at work exist?
I know there are times you don't get along with certain people at work, but not to the extent of being singled out and work getting sabotaged!
I guess it does.. thats how they can make it into ta drama
That's really disturbing if you think about it, adults behaving like that.. its not school anymore....
It seems like some people get too absorbed and serious about their work they behave like that to protect themselves
and those who join in are loosers who can't stick up for themselves...
then again, if i was her, i wouldn't admit to stuff i didn't do... sometime being too polite gets the best if you.. the bullies will hammer more
i'm blessed i don't have that kind of experience and hope that i'll never will be in a situation like that
