Nice to be back after 3 days away from home. Home is where you can be yourself 
Was supposed to finish at 1pm today as i had already billed 40hrs of work for the week and ended up billing 44 hrs and worked an extra 4 hrs as i stayed till 5pm. Managed to get one report approved and send those email follow ups and did some preparation for next week's site visit which will be on tuesday in sydney.
I'm starting japanese call again for the first time in 3 yrs. Trying again for the JLPT lvl 2 this yr, this time with more effort. I don't know how i'll do this after work from 6:30-8:30 each monday night. But i guess its a kind of motivation to make me study. Glad the classes are on monday nights as i usually travel on tuesdays to fridays depending where i'm going.
So after work today i went to karaoke alone and finally when my sister finished work she was able to join me. 2 hours worth of singing, she wanted dinner where she could have a bit of everything. To that we ended up at a place called Mizuya on george st, a new japanese restaurant which is sort of underground. I was a skeptical at first as it didn't look too appetizing, however it ended up pretty nice. At long as she was satisfied. I kinda like the atmosphere and where we were sitting on the bar side, very comfy and didn't need to face other people eating. What was nifty were the electronic menu ordering systems they had in place, so you were able to order ad hoc and not to be too full.
