couldn't go to work today.. got up with a headache and jet lagged. Ended up waking up at 1pm after calling in to my line manager letting her know i wouldn't be able to make it today. Glad i rested, so i can power on this month and not get sick... rest is very important.. the older i get the more i realise that i need my sleep... what a baby o(^-^)o
