I was glad at work.

I was glad at work today because I was able to make my student understand in English. During the lesson, the word “owl” came out. The student didn’t know the meaning of it so he asked me. I used Harry Potter as an example to explain the meaning because I didn’t want to just tell him the meaning in Japanese. He soon understood me. I guess it’s because the owl in Harry Potter is very famous but I was so glad because that was an ideal teacher for me. I guess I can draw a picture to explain something such as meaning of the word but I’m not really good at drawing so I never draw a picture in front of students. Anyhow the experience was nice to me.
