カルボナーラ🥚🧀 Carbonara 🥓🍝 急に食べたくなった1品。 フライパンで。ベーコンとニンニク炒めて、 火を止めて、茹でたパスタを入れて、 生クリーム、卵、粉チーズを混ぜたソースとからめました。 パスタの茹で汁もちょっと入れて、 塩、こしょうで仕上げ。 パセリ飾って出来上がり🍝 * * * Carbonara pasta . Mixed eggs, heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Cooked cut bacon and chopped garlic in my frying pan. Remove from heat. Add cooked pasta in the frying pan and tossed with bacon. Add egg mixture in and tossed with pasta. Add little bit of pasta water too. Salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley. I was just craving this all day.
