チキンとマッシュルームのパスタ🍝 Chicken & mushroom pasta 🍄 友達が遊びに来てくれたので、ランチにパスタ。 鶏胸肉、マッシュルーム、玉ねぎ、ニンニクを炒めて、 生クリーム、粉チーズ、白ワインなどで作ったソースと絡めた。 仕上げにトリュフオイルを少しかけて、ディルを添えました。 引越し前に使い切りたかったパスタ類、 おかげさまで減りました(笑) お友達といると楽しくて、いつも時間忘れる😋 * * * * Trying to spend time together with friends in San Diego area before I move back to Hawaii. We decided to have lunch at my house so I made pasta. (I had pasta that I needed to use it before moving.) Sautee Chicken breast, onion, garlic. Add white wine, heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Tossed cooked angel hair pasta in the sauce. Finished with truffle oil and fresh dill. Had great time with them.
