Why do deposits arrive faster than withdrawals?
It comes down to how many systems the money crosses and what has to be verified on the way.

How do I work out how much turnover a bonus still needs?
Bonus "turnover" (also called wagering) is the total amount you must bet before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. The operator's promotion terms set the multiplier and say which of these it is applied to: the bonus alone, or the deposit plus the bonus. That one detail changes the answer a great deal.

Two more details decide how fast that number falls. Many terms count some games at less than their full stake (live tables often count for less than slots), and many set an expiry date after which the bonus and its winnings are removed. What should I check before I request a payout?
A five-point list you can run through in a minute:

Someone says they can release my withdrawal. Is that real?
No. A pending payout is exactly when scammers find people. Nobody legitimate asks for a "release fee", "tax" or "unlock payment" to pay out your own money. Nobody genuine asks for your password or a one-time code. Accounts on Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp or TikTok that contact you first are not support. Use only the contact route inside your account. Staying in control
