I keep forgetting to save X (Twitter) Space recordings before they expire. A friend hosted a good one last week, and by the time I went back to grab a link to share, it was already gone — recorded Spaces only stay up on X for a limited window after they end, then the audio is just gone.
After the second time that happened to me, I put together a small page for myself: paste the link to a recorded Space, and it hands back an MP3 you can download and keep. No app to install, no account, just a page.
If you've run into the same problem, the Space downloader is free to use. It only works on Spaces that are still up and marked as recorded — it can't pull one back after X has already taken it down, so grab it while it's still live.
