The overnight rain stopped in the early hours of this morning. The weather had recovered earlier than forecasted. The sun showed up at around 9 o’clock as well. It was a nice sunny day after all. A warm sunny day is forecasted for tomorrow. As the humidity seems quite low, it may be comfortable again...
Two swallowtail butterfly caterpillars have grown up steadily. They may come down the small cumquat tree in my yard soon to be the chrysalises, as their sizes are already big enough. There are so many tiny caterpillars as well. Some of them have changed their colours to green too...
When I saw the swallow’s nest at the traffic junction nearby in this lunch time, there was no sign of the chicks on the nest. However, even though the nest was wet by the last night’s rain, there was no damage at all. The adult swallows might have gone out to look for the chicks’ foods. I could not know. There was no chick's carcase on the ground underneath of the nest either...
