Not everyone has artistic talent. AI tools allow people to feel like artists, but it's just an illusion.
Moreover, AI tools make true artists lazy. I tried AI tools. I typed 'forest', and I got three images of a forest almost immediately.

Bots cannot create art. Art is the expression or application of HUMAN creative skill and imagination; it's the way it has always been and always will be.
