Good and happy May tour

I was very happy with the tour in May. I will never forget February 3, 2019 "At the end of January, I deleted(削除) a part(一部) of the duodenum(十二指腸), pancreas(膵臓), and stomach. I am restricting(食事制限) my diet. I cannot visit for a while," Mr. A called. I was worried when I heard that I had pancreatic cancer. He came to this tour for the first time in 3 years and 3 months. I was surprised to see something smiling. He doesn't look particularly(特に) sick. He was followed(経過) up(観察) and said he went to the hospital once a month. I was really happy.

Another Mr. B was told in early February this year that he had prostate(前立腺) cancer and had surgery(手術) in March. He participated(参加した) energetically(元気に) this time when the surgery was successfully completed. good. It was the first time for these two people to meet each other, but it was a tour while talking happily (I told them) that they were the same K University. I'm happy to see and meet again like this.

The purpose of this tour is to "walk inside the old Edo Castle and the inner moat()". The weather was good and there were nearly 70 participants. This is the first large number in two(2年) and() a half(ぶり) years. Enter from the Ote-mon gate, look at the Fujimi turret(), and see the Royal East Gardens of the Honmaru ruins. The stone wall is big and I wonder how it was carried. The "Matsunoroka trace" on the way is difficult to imagine in the grass. As expected, there is only Edo Castle, so it was wide, and it took about 3 hours just to have half of it. Some people said, "The greenery of the castle is beautiful, but weeding seems to be difficult," but since this is a nationally designated(指定) historic(史跡) site, there is a sufficient(十分) budget(予算) and there is a gardener. Everyone, including the two of them, walked through in good spirits. In the afternoon, we headed(向かう) for half of the rest, from Hanzomon to Sakuradamon and the Imperial Palace Square. It was a 20,000-step walk.
