コーヒー屋さんで、ゆっくりおいしいコーヒーをいただきながら、雑誌を読みふけっていました。
心に響いたのが、CREA5月号の、黒柳徹子さんへのインタビューの記事。
「自分と他人を比べなかったから、60年間やって来られた」
他人と比べて悩むよりも、舞台やテレビのお仕事のために、たくさんの本を読んだり、演じる役の研究をしたり、たくさんの努力をされていて、さらにユニセフのお仕事も務めていらっしゃって。ほんとうに黒柳徹子さんのお仕事への姿勢から学ぶことはたくさんあります。インタビューの一言一言が、すべて宝石のように魅力で輝いていました。
「The young,the old, the extremely aged, even the sick and the infirm,obtain perfection in Yoga by constant practice. Success will follow him who practices, not him who practices not. Success in Yoga is not obtained by the mere theoretical reading of sacred texts. Success is not obtained by wearing the dress of a yogi or sanyasi(a recluse), nor by talking about it.
