名古屋大須在住の与作です。名古屋市中村区鳥居通にある「やきとり陣」さんに行ってきました。ここは「さつま地鶏」を使った鳥刺しや焼き鳥が楽しめる大衆居酒屋。鹿児島にある老舗焼鳥店のFC1号店として開業し令和5年に独立されたそうです。名物の地鶏刺し・レバ刺し・豚足などどれも驚くほど美味しい。
最寄りの名古屋市営地下鉄・東山線「本陣駅」は名古屋駅(名駅)から2駅約4分の距離。実質、名古屋駅から最短で5～6分で入店する事が出来ます。名物の中でも特にさつま地鶏のレバ刺しは、低温調理で仕上げてあり臭みは一切なくフォアグラのようなとろける食感を楽しめますよ。一人でも入りやすいです。

I'm Yosaku who lives in Osu, Nagoya. I went to “Yakitori-jin” located in Torii-dori, Nakamura-ku, Nagoya City. This is a popular izakaya where you can enjoy sashimi and yakitori using “Satsuma Jidori” chicken. The restaurant opened as the first in a franchise chain of long-established yakitori restaurants in Kagoshima and became independent in 2023. Their specialty chicken sashimi, liver sashimi, and pig's feet are all surprisingly delicious.
The nearest station is Honjin Station on the Nagoya Municipal Subway Higashiyama Line, which is about 4 minutes away from Nagoya Station (Meieki) after 2 stations. In fact, you can enter the restaurant in as little as 5 to 6 minutes from Nagoya Station. Among the specialties, the Satsuma Jidori chicken liver sashimi is cooked at a low temperature and has no odor at all, so you can enjoy its melt-in-your-mouth texture like foie gras.
