名古屋大須在住の与作です。三重県伊勢市竹ケ鼻町にある「大衆食堂まるや」さんに行ってきました。ここは1978年(昭和53年)創業、令和6年現在で46年続く老舗大衆食堂。毎年恒例、伊勢神宮参拝の帰りに寄らせて頂きました。定食の他、手作り総菜が並ぶガラスケースがあり、気軽に昼呑みも楽しめます。
最寄り駅のJR参宮線「五十鈴ヶ丘駅」から徒歩約20分、店舗前に数台分の駐車場があります。伊勢神宮内宮(皇大神宮)から車で約10分で国道23号沿いにあるため、私のように土地勘のない人でも場所は分かりやすいのではないかと思います。女性店員さんが作る料理はどれも、胃袋と心が温かくなる料理でした。
