名古屋大須在住の与作です。愛知県豊明市西川町にある「ろっぺい」さんに行ってきました。ここは地元の方を中心に常連客が多い町の中華料理店。一見、ラーメン専門店のような外観ですが、中華の一品料理の他、ビールのアテになるメニューもあるザ・町中華なお店です。ランチは土日曜日も提供しています。
最寄り駅の名鉄・名古屋本線「前後駅」から徒歩約25分、「豊明駅」からは徒歩30分。店舗前に駐車場があります。お店はホールを担当する気さくな奥様と、職人然とした姿で黙々と鍋を振るご主人のお二人で切り盛りされています。ろっぺいラーメンやスジの煮込み・手羽先など辛口アレンジした料理が名物。

I'm Yosaku who lives in Osu, Nagoya. I went to Roppei in Nishigawa-cho, Toyoake City, Aichi Prefecture. This is a popular Chinese restaurant with many regular customers, mainly locals. Although it looks like a ramen specialty restaurant, it is a machi-chuka (town Chinese restaurant) with a menu of Chinese a la carte dishes as well as beer snacks. Lunch service is offered not only on weekdays but also on Saturdays and Sundays.
It is about a 25-minute walk from the nearest station, Zengo Station on the Meitetsu Nagoya Main Line, and a 30-minute walk from Toyoake Station. There is a parking lot in front of the restaurant. The restaurant is run by two people: the friendly wife who is in charge of the hall and the master who silently prepares dishes as a craftsman. Their specialties are Roppei Ramen, Braised beef tendon, chicken wings, and other spicy arranged dishes.
