名古屋大須在住の与作です。愛知県清須市新清洲にある「いせ徳」さんに行ってきました。ここは明治時代創業、令和6年現在で120年以上続く老舗の麺類食堂。うどん・そば・きしめんなどの麺類が中心メニューですが、ビールや酒のアテになる料理も充実しています。店員さんは皆、気さくで居心地が良い。
最寄り駅の名鉄・名古屋本線「丸ノ内駅」「新清洲駅」どちらからも徒歩約10分、店舗前と西隣に駐車場があります。今回いただいた味噌煮込みうどんは、某有名店ほど麺は硬くなく、赤味噌も濃すぎないため万人向けで食べやすい。平日はランチサービスがあるので、昼営業は満席満車になる場合があります。

It is about a 10-minute walk from either Marunouchi Station or Shin Kiyosu Station on the Meitetsu/Nagoya Main Line, the nearest stations, and there are parking lots in front of the restaurant and to the west. The Miso Nikomi Udon we had this time was easy to eat and suitable for everyone, as the noodles were not as hard as those at Yamamoto-ya Honten and the red miso paste was not too thick. Lunch service is available on weekdays, and the restaurant may be full during lunch hours.
