名古屋大須在住の与作です。愛知県内のとある場所で令和6年現在、52年以上営業を続けてこられた中華料理店に行ってきました。女将さん曰く、80代のご主人と70代の奥様の二人三脚で続けて来られたそうです。基本の中華料理以外、ビールのアテになりそうな手羽先や串カツもある大衆的な町中華。
お店から撮影許可は頂きましたが、ご高齢のため動画を見て来店されたお客さんの対応がスムーズにできず迷惑を掛ける可能性がある事、SNSで誹謗中傷コメントを書かれた経験などの話を伺い、私からの提案で店名や場所などの詳細情報は非公開とさせて頂きました。もし、店の場所が分かった方はコメントで店名を書き込まないようお願いいたします。
