名古屋大須在住の与作です。愛知県清須市西枇杷島町城並にある「とんかついわた」さんに行ってきました。ここは高齢のご主人がお一人で切り盛りされているとんかつ専門店。本場・岡崎市のまるや八丁味噌を使用した「味噌カツ」は真っ黒な見た目通りに甘くて濃厚、一度食べれば病みつきになりますよ。
最寄り駅の名鉄・犬山線「下小田井駅」から徒歩約10分、JR・東海道本線「枇杷島駅」から徒歩約20分。店舗前に駐車場があります。味噌カツの名店として地元はもちろん、名古屋市や周辺の市町村からも食べにくるほど人気。甘い味噌と練りからしの組み合わせは箸が止まらない美味しさです。
