名古屋大須在住の与作です。愛知県常滑市市場町にある「ちゃんぽん屋」さんに行ってきました。ここは本場・長崎出身のご夫婦が営む、行列が絶えない人気のちゃんぽん専門店。名物のちゃんぽん・皿うどんはあっさり味ながら豊富な具材からの出汁がきいていて一度食べたら病みつきになる美味しさです。
最寄り駅の名鉄常滑線・空港線「常滑駅」から徒歩約15分、「りんくう常滑駅」から徒歩20分。店舗西側に駐車場があります(※行き方は動画内の地図をご参照下さい)。撮影時点では、創業されたご夫婦は引退予定、その後、お客として店に来られていた、同じく長崎出身の方が事業継承をして味を受け継いでいくそうです。

This popular chanpon ramen specialty restaurant, run by a couple from Nagasaki Prefecture, has a long line of customers. Their famous chanpon and sara udon noodles have a light flavor, but the broth from the abundant ingredients is so delicious that once you try it, you will become addicted to it.
It is about a 15-minute walk from Tokoname Station on the Meitetsu Tokoname Line and Airport Line, and a 20-minute walk from Rinku Tokoname Station. Parking is available on the west side of the store (*Please refer to the map in the video for directions).
