名古屋大須在住の与作です。愛知県春日井市気噴町にある「お好み焼き道場 しらかわ」さんに行ってきました。ここは京都出身のご主人と岐阜県白川町出身の奥様、ご夫婦が営むお好み焼き屋。今回頂いた京都直送の九条ねぎ焼きや、そば・うどん2種類の麺を使った合い盛り焼きが美味しくお勧めです。
最寄り駅のJR中央本線・愛知環状鉄道線「高蔵寺駅」から徒歩15分、店舗前に駐車場があります。テーブルの鉄板で自ら焼くスタイルだが、奥様が焼き方を丁寧に教えて下さるので失敗は少ないはず。

This okonomiyaki restaurant is run by a couple, the husband from Kyoto and the wife from Shirakawa-cho, Gifu Prefecture. We recommend the Kujo Negi-yaki, which comes directly from Kyoto, and the combination okonomiyaki using two kinds of noodles, soba and udon, which are delicious.
It is a 15-minute walk from the nearest station, "Kozoji Station" on the JR Chuo Main Line and Aichi Loop Railway Line, and there is a parking lot in front of the restaurant.
