名古屋大須在住の与作です。愛知県稲沢市奥田神ノ木町にある「居酒屋ふたみ食堂」さんに行ってきました。ここは昭和48年創業、2022年現在で49年続く老舗の食堂。店主の生ビールへのこだわりが強く、サーバー管理の徹底ぶりはサッポロ担当者も唸るほど。世界で唯一のカスタムビールが飲めます。
最寄り駅の名鉄「奥田駅」から徒歩10分、「国府宮駅」から25分、「JR稲沢駅」から40分。店舗横と近隣に駐車場があります。名物の「どて煮」は、黒毛和牛・和牛・国産牛の牛すじに、創業以来の継ぎ足し味噌だれを使用した絶品料理。ビールだけでなく料理へのこだわりも強く、何を頂いても美味しいです、
