名古屋大須在住の与作です。名古屋市熱田区西郊通にある「朝日屋」さんに行ってきました。ここは名古屋の台所「中央卸売市場本場」のすぐ近くという事もあり早朝7時～20時までの営業(日・祝は14時まで)。朝飲み・朝食・昼飲み・ランチ・晩酌が一つの食堂で出来てしまう、名古屋では貴重な食堂です。
最寄り駅の市営地下鉄名港線「日比野駅」から徒歩数秒、ほぼ駅前の場所にお店はあります。常連さんの多くが市場で働く方、つまり食のプロなため食事メニューはどれも美味しい。ご家族経営でアットホームな雰囲気も良いです。

東京・大阪・横浜・静岡・タイ・インドネシア・インド・ネパール・ベトナム・フィリピンなどで仕事をしていましたが今は縁あって名古屋。お世話になっている名古屋に恩返しがしたいと思い、また、コロナ不景気で困っている飲食店のお役に立ちたい、応援したいと思いメシ動画を始めました。

The restaurant is open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (until p.m. 2:00 p.m. on Sundays and holidays) because it is located near the Central Wholesale Market, Nagoya's kitchen. It is a rare restaurant in Nagoya where you can have breakfast, lunch, and dinner all in one place.
The restaurant is located in front of the station, just a few seconds walk from Hibino Station on the Meiko Subway Line. Many of the regulars work in the market, in other words, they are food professionals, so all the meals on the menu are delicious. The restaurant is run by a family and has a nice homey atmosphere.
