名古屋駅の桜通口(東口)は大名古屋ビルヂング、KITTE、JRゲートタワーなど次々と新しい商業ビルがOPENしまさに愛知県の玄関口として洗練された街へと発展しましたが、一方、反対側の西口(太閤口)は地元では駅裏と呼ばれ昔ながらの問屋や安宿など下町風情の残る景色が広がっています。
ただ、現在工事が進められているリニア中央新幹線駅設置にともなう再開発により名駅の駅裏は激変する事が計画されています。個人的には洗練された東口より駅西銀座、旧・笹島ドヤ街やコリアンタウンのある少し危なさを感じる西口の方が好きです。この景色がなくなってしまう前に動画に残したく散歩をしてきました。
この動画で名古屋の夜景を楽しんでいただき遊びに来られる方の参考になれば嬉しいです。

At the Sakura-dori Exit (East Exit) of Nagoya Station, new commercial buildings such as DaiNagoya Building, KITTE, JR Gate Tower opened one after another, and it has developed into a sophisticated city as a gateway to Aichi Prefecture, but on the other side The west exit (Taikoguchi) is called the back of the station in the local area, and the scenery where the old town atmosphere, such as traditional wholesalers and cheap hotels, remains is spreading.
However, due to the redevelopment following the completion of the Linear Chuo Shinkansen station, which is currently under construction, the back of the Nagoya station is expected to undergo drastic changes. Personally, I like Ekinishi Ginza , Sasashima Cheap accommodation and the Korean Town, which feels a little dangerous than the sophisticated east exit. Before this view disappeared, I took a walk to keep it in the video.
