カレーのトッピングに1番合うのは？
マンゴーチャツネです！！
インド料理のバイキングで初めて食べて味のとりこになりました。
ゴロゴロした大きさのマンゴーが甘く煮てあるマンゴーチャツネ♪
私一人で夢中で食べちゃって
お店のスタッフが補充に大わらわでした。ごめんなさい^^;
だってあまりにもインドカレーに合っていて、とってもおいしかったんですもの！
日本にもあるのでしょうか？
私はまだ日本では遭遇したことがないのが不思議です。
あんなにベストマッチしてておいしいのに
書いていたらあの甘酸っぱい味が蘇ってきました。
食べに行きたくなりました！！

日本では梅雨に入って毎日お天気が心配だと思います。
カナダのトロントは火曜日、水曜日にものすごい熱波で
水曜日は体感気温がなんと41度にも上がり新記録樹立しました…
まるで温泉に浸かっているようでした^^;
そんな日に限って自転車で外出の用事があった間の悪い私です(^▽^;)
今日は気温は23度と過ごしやすいし、朝晩は冷えて長そでが必要なほどで、
全く気温の変化の激しさについていけません＞＜
過ごしやすい春や秋がないなんて、とても損している気分です^^;
