The multinationals of 2025 are likely to be held together and controlled by strategy.

多国籍企業の経営

2025年の多国籍企業を束ね、支配するものはおそらく戦略でしょう。

There will still be ownership, of course.

But alliances, joint ventures, minority stakes,
know-how agreements and contracts, will increasingly
be the building blocks of a confederation.

それでももちろん、所有権は残るでしょう。

しかし、提携、合弁、支配権の少数保有、
ノウハウに関する協定や契約といったものが、
これまで以上に連合の礎石として重要になるでしょう。
