ELS21 English Festival has finished with great memories
There were 27 student's group shows( 152 students attended ) plus 6 show-times and 3 movie-times.

Here are the students in year 12. They know it is their last show at ELS21 but they battled through their tears of sadness to make a great performance. I am so proud because I know once I feel as they did I can not talk at all.
Here are the students message for the ELS21 teachers and staff. ( in Japanese )
We want all our other students to study hard and to grow like them.
We really want to help them all to graduate in the same way.
Our students practiced a lot and tried to remember all their lines, but some of them forgot their lines and some forget their gestures so they were not happy with their own performance.
Of course it would be excellent if all the students could give a perfect performance on stage but that`s show business. Even so we want to give all of the students big round of applause.
When they didn't do well on the stage they came and told us:
"I am very shocked I made a mistake today, but I definitely will do better next year."
"○○’s show was great. I want to be like her next time."
"I was so impressed with ○○. They were so brilliant on stage."
"I want to continue and be like year 12 students. Their performances were great. Sometimes I laughed and sometimes I cried. I want to be like them."
Kids learned from each other and when they performed on stage they learned from having a new experience. So we love giving them the opportunity to have this festival each year. I don’t know what kind of festival we will have next year but we have already started to think and prepare for it. See you in 2016.
We all want to say a big thank you for helping, supporting and coming to watch our show.
